Before I had a week of work here, we spent some weekend time romping at the new District Wharf, and around this pretty city while spring was in full bloom!

This fun little amusement park lives in Wollman ice skating rink in Central Park – but only while the weather is warm. We try to get there once a summer at least. Sadly it’s closed now but the ice skating rink will return soon I’m sure.. too soon!

We had Passover indoors AND outdoors this year. After the kids did a play about Moses parting the sea and the 10 plagues, Zoe offered to get up and sing some Frozen tunes. Even though she didn’t have all the lyrics down, I couldn’t have been prouder of her performance AND her chutzpah! The weather was so nice that we had the 2nd half of our seder under the stars… what a great way to finish off the first night’s seder.

I couldn't be prouder!
